OYSTER - SHINEY SEA (PEI)

Grown in New London Bay, PEI, Shiny Sea Oysters are carefully tended during their early growth and harvested young. Reaching 2.5 to 3 inches over 4-5 years, these oysters feature plump meats with a briny start and a sweet finish, making them a perfect choice for the half shell.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
