OYSTER - RASPBERRY POINT (PEI)

Harvested in the cold waters of New London Bay, PEI, Raspberry Point Oysters are carefully tended throughout their growth. These 3-to-3.5-inch oysters have a wonderfully salty taste, a clean flavor, and a sweet finish.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
