OYSTER - PICKLE POINT (PEI)

Raised in Hope River, PEI, Pickle Point Oysters feature thick shells, ivory lips, and firm, glistening meats. These 3-to-3.5-inch oysters are known for their firm texture and salty flavor, making them easy to shuck and a delight to enjoy.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
