Grown in the tidal waters of New London Bay, PEI, Lucky Lime Oysters are known for their bright green shells and unique flavor, influenced by a mix of seawater and streams. Limited in supply, these oysters are perfect for those seeking a distinctive taste in their half-shell selection.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
