OYSTER - IRISH POINT (PEI)

Irish Point Oysters are 2.5 to 3-inch cocktail oysters with excellent meat quality. Grown off-bottom between Hope River and the Gulf of St. Lawrence, their flavor is defined by cold waters and strong tides, offering a clean, salty taste.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
