OYSTER - HONEYMOON (NB)

Grown in Bedec, New Brunswick, Honeymoon Oysters are farmed for 4 to 6 years, reaching about 3 inches. These oysters have a sweet brine with soft meats and a gentle mineral finish. Their medium brine intensity makies them a balanced, delicate choice. Their unique growout method includes suspending cages under buoys before being transferred to bottom trays and hand-harvested.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
