OYSTER - BLACK MAGIC (PEI)

Originating from Thunder Cove, PEI, Black Magic Oysters are farmed for 3 years and average 2.75 inches in size. They offer a smooth salinity with a pronounced vegetal finish, making them a flavourful choice. With a fuller brine intensity, they provide a bold and satisfying taste.

Popped oysters best enjoyed within 6-8 hours of processing and fully shucked oysters best enjoyed within 1-2 hours of processing. 

Please note that processed (popped or shucked) oysters are only available for PICKUP orders and unprocessed for both PICKUP and DELIVERY. This is due to us being unable to guarantee all oysters upon delivery will arrive without liquor having spilled out and do not recommend processed oysters for delivery.
