Frozen Lobster Meat – ½ lb (227 g)

Sweet and tender, our frozen lobster meat is fully cooked and ready to use. Every package has a mix of claw, knuckle and tail meat, perfect for lobster rolls, pasta, chowder, or a special dinner at home. Each ½ lb (approximately 227 g) package makes two generous lobster rolls.

To thaw, either put it in the refrigerator overnight or keep it sealed in a bowl of cold water for 30–60 minutes until thawed. Because it’s already cooked, warm it gently in butter for a minute or two rather than cooking it again, which can make it tough.
