FROZEN COOKED CRAWFISH

Steamed and ready to heat and enjoy, crawfish have a sweet meat like lobster and are perfect for eating with your hands.

They arrive fully cooked, so there's no boil to run and no timing to get wrong — just warm them through in a pot of water or steam basket and enjoy. The tail is the best part: a single bite of firm, faintly sweet meat, closer to lobster than shrimp, that takes on whatever butter or spice you put it in. 

Best eaten the way they're meant to be — piled on newspaper or a big tray in the middle of the table, with lemon, melted butter, and plenty of napkins. Messy, loud, and communal. Nobody eats crawfish quietly.

Plan on about 1 lb per person. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within two days of pickup!
